What does the Soul do when it is not inside a human physical body? Does it live only through a physical body, whether human or of another alien race, or can it experience certain periods of life without using a body? It all depends on its interests and the missions it has to carry out, for which it will establish its choices as incarnate or disincarnate depending on the missions it has to complete. During the years when you are not incarnated in a human body, for example in the years between one human life and another, you can choose to incarnate elsewhere, for example on another planet or in another dimension, or to remain disincarnated for a while. At this point, there are roughly two choices: to live as a disembodied being in this dimension, or to live as a disembodied being in another dimension, naturally for as long as you, as a Soul, choose to remain, until your mission is complete or until you feel it is right to move on to another set of experiences. To simplify the concept, so that it is easier for you to understand, we could say that if you chose to remain disembodied for a while on this same planet, your presence would be classified as a 'ghost'. On the other hand, if you were to move to another dimension far from ours to live an experience within it as a disembodied being, you would still be an entity, but to the inhabitants of that dimension you would be considered an entity or, better said, a "dimensional being." As an essence, you would remain a Soul without a physical body, but depending on the place, the context in which you find yourself, and the form you take at that moment, your presence would take on a different name. Now imagine being able to communicate with the Soul of a relative who has been deceased for some time, but whose presence has remained close to their family members. This form taken by the Soul is called a Ghost, to indicate the Soul of a deceased person. Ghosts are part of the Entity category, which includes all astral forms such as Orbs, Shadow People, or larvae, which are other types of living beings that can move alongside this dimension and therefore, sometimes, you may see them with your own eyes. Therefore, entities refer to everything that does not have a physical body but is only energy, and they are divided into subcategories, among which we know ghosts, or the consciousness or souls of deceased people. Orbs, larvae, and so on, on the other hand, are not deceased people, but living beings made of energy that live in these astral dimensions but have never incarnated in human bodies, as they are different essences; they are like dimensional fauna. Shadow People, on the other hand, can be defined as dimensional beings, as they live and come from another dimension very different from ours, but sometimes we can see them in ours, for example, seeing this black shadow in human form moving through the walls of houses or structures where there is a heavy, somewhat negative and stressful atmosphere. You may also see them at school, in the office, or in your apartment building, because they are entities that move mostly in closed spaces. In fact, you are more likely to see them passing by a wall than in midair. Seeing an Orb is different, as you are more likely to see it darting through the air than resting on a wall. Shadows, which we all know as 'the bogeyman', move alongside walls or even through them, so they are easier to recognize than other types of entities. Essentially, the difference between a ghost and a dimensional being is that a ghost is the consciousness of a deceased human, while a dimensional being is a presence that comes from another dimension, which is why it is not a deceased human. You need these terms to understand whether the entity in front of you is a former human or a presence from another world. So, an example of a ghost could be seeing the consciousness of a deceased relative, such as your grandmother or great-grandmother, while a dimensional being is something that has never been human and, in fact, has a very different form. In this regard, I will show you a photograph I took of a dimensional being that I was able to capture some time ago during my practical experiences.

This is an experience that I recounted in great detail in the books "Let's become aware of ALIENS by learning to recognize them" as it is an experience that took place during the opening of a portal. In the three volumes, which contain comprehensive information on the subject of aliens, I explain the difference between a physical alien and a dimensional being, showing the photo taken (real, not retouched!) during my practice. Within the three volumes, you will find the subject described in detail, complete with information that cannot be found anywhere else, because it is pure real experience and lived firsthand. At this point, therefore, we understand the difference between an experience as a ghost, so to speak, and an experience as a dimensional being. In the case of an experience as a dimensional being, it is an experience in which you, in astral form—therefore without incarnating in a physical body—frequent another dimension that is very distant and different from the one in which you have lived for a long time. To give an example, it is as if a being who has lived for a long time in another dimension on another planet far away from ours came in the form of an entity to visit our planet, obviously remaining in the astral dimensions, but experiencing life on planet Earth. Since this is a being that does not belong to this planet and may even be visiting it for the first time, we recognize it as a dimensional being, because it is an 'alien' but without a physical body, which is why it is called a dimensional being. In essence, both are aliens to this planet, but we call the physical ones aliens, while the dimensional ones (who do not have a physical body) are called dimensional beings. To clarify any doubts, in my books on aliens, I often talk about the fact that they can visit a place in the astral plane, for example through their psyche or through technology. Even if they can visit the astral dimensions, in their physical dimension they still have a body in which they are incarnated, so they are "aliens" because they have a physical body. Dimensional beings, on the other hand, do not have a physical body, as they are dis d souls and therefore bodiless. If you reincarnate in an earthly body, you are automatically defined as human; if you reincarnate in a body that is not earthly, you are automatically an alien; if you do not incarnate but remain dis d for a period of time, you are an entity, or a soul without a body; if, in the form of an entity, you decide to visit other dimensions that are very different and far away from this one, you will be defined as a dimensional being by the "inhabitants" of that dimension. Through psychic practices, however, you may decide to visit other dimensions, even without necessarily leaving your physical body; an example of a very simple technique is the practice of Astral Travel, although this is not the only way to visit other dimensions, far from it! It is only the first step of a long journey. In this case, if you learned to visit other dimensions while still having a physical body, you would be defined as a dimensional visitor and not a dimensional being. Therefore, if an alien, i.e., a Consciousness incarnated in a physical body from another planet/dimension, were to visit a dimension far from its own, it would appear to those who do not know it as a dimensional visitor, but it would still be an alien, because it possesses a material body, even if this is located elsewhere. If, on the other hand, we are talking about a Consciousness that does not have a physical body in any dimension, but is completely disembodied, moving between new dimensions, it will be called a dimensional Being. I have explained this to you so that you may understand, at least in broad terms, the difference between those who have a physical body and those who do not, so that during your experiences and during your research into past lives, you may recognize whether it was a human life, an alien life, or a period of life in which you were a dimensional being, or a ghost, and so on. All this will help you learn to remember what you did during the space between incarnations, rather than just remembering the lives in which you had a physical body and leaving behind all those immense experiences you had without a physical body, which are no less important. Consequently, between one physical incarnation and another, you may have lived for a long time as a dimensional being, visiting places far away and very different from what you know today. Dimensions that are completely opposite to this one, in which the physical rules that belong to this dimension do not exist, or in which there are more and harsher rules than on this planet.
In fact, we base our concept of dimension on what we know about this planet, but there are some that do not belong to any planet and are completely distant from any form of structure that a material planet like Earth could have. There are totally astral dimensions, in which physical matter does not exist, only energy. Yet, when you are there, there is a kind of hardness, you can touch or bump into something so dense that it feels hard, almost like the rigidity of the material we find on this planet. These periods of your Soul's life are very difficult to remember, but with a lot of practice you can get there. You are probably wondering why you should choose to spend a period of time visiting other dimensions without a physical body. There are various reasons, for example, because you don't have time to reincarnate in that dimension and wait to get through that initial phase of memory loss that you encounter in dimensions like this during incarnation. Another reason is because you are visiting one where there may not be the possibility of incarnating into a physical body, since it is a purely astral dimension, made only of energy that does not become solid matter, as is the case with this planet. Or because you just want to visit it quickly, and not stay there for many years of your life. In essence, there are many reasons why you might choose to embark on a period of dimensional life, although at the end of that experience, you will choose to reincarnate in some body, because many missions require physical incarnation and not just dimensional presence, with which you are freer to act in some respects, but more limited in others. During the years between one physical life and another, you may choose to incarnate in other dimensions, or to visit them in the form of a disembodied Soul, thus becoming a dimensional being; or you may choose to remain on this planet for a period of time in the form of an entity. In fact, another way in which you may have spent those years as a disembodied being, could have been on this same planet, but as a disembodied being. There could be many reasons for this. As already mentioned, if it were a young Consciousness, it would use this time to look for a new body in which to reincarnate, because the search takes a long time and, above all, the incarnation must be successful, as finding a body does not mean ensuring that you will be able to possess it. In fact, young Consciousnesses often have to fight to possess a body, as many Consciousnesses will try to take it, and the one who is fastest and strongest at that moment will win. Therefore, some Consciousnesses may take a long time to incarnate. However, with more mature Consciousnesses, such as Souls, the situation changes, as the time spent is not spent looking for a physical body, but rather on experiences chosen spontaneously to increase their knowledge or to carry out important tasks. The more evolved the Soul is, and therefore the more psychic it is, the more it is able to make decisions for its life, finding itself faced with a much wider range of choices than a younger Soul, such as a small Consciousness, which does not see and does not have any choices other than those imposed on it by fate. For example, it may find itself haunting its former home in the form of a ghost, remaining tied to its old memories for a long period of time, instead of letting go and starting a new life. Of course, sometimes even more conscious Souls may spontaneously decide to haunt their old home to let others know that they are still there, that they are not 'really dead', but have only abandoned their physical body. So some Consciousnesses haunt their homes because they cannot detach themselves from them, while other Souls do so by choice, to send a message or because they do not like the situation that has arisen: that they are dead and that someone else is taking their home and their personal belongings without any respect! Therefore, a young Consciousness has little choice, but the more psychically evolved the Soul is, the more it is able to make refined decisions, such as spending some time in this dimension, in the form of an entity, without risking missing out on its next reincarnation. The reasons that might prompt a Soul to remain in this dimension for a while as a disembodied entity are many and varied. For example, sometimes we do it to follow our former family members, to protect them for a while and act as their 'guardian angel'.
Other times, it is to observe this world from another perspective, to learn about aspects of this dimension that we could not see from a human body, as we were stuck in the daily work and social chores that blind us when we are alive, and only when we die do we realize how much time we wasted chasing certain illusions. Or we choose to help complete strangers, to make ourselves useful to the world, for example by acting as "guiding entities" that mediums channel, sometimes using names other than our real ones, because we do not want to reveal our true identity, or to make ourselves heard more clearly. Or we choose to persecute people who hurt us during our lifetime, or those who led us to our death, or those who ruined our lives, even if only psychologically, to the point of taking everything away from us, even hope, without using their hands, but only with words. Therefore, we have chosen to live a period of time as disembodied beings on this same planet, waiting to be reincarnated again, carrying out multiple experiences that have filled that seemingly empty space. In fact, in the time between one life and another, we choose to carry out a wide variety of actions and experiences. Sometimes we choose to follow the lives of our loved ones, whether family or friends, to help them during their lives, to act psychically on their future so that it turns out as they wish, to remove as many obstacles as possible. Sometimes we do this for our relatives, other times for our children, and still other times for a single person, choosing to focus on only one of them for reasons we deem most appropriate. So, while we sometimes choose to help the whole family, other times we become almost a personal guide, helping that one person in several steps along their journey for a certain period of time, in the hope of improving their life on a high- l level. We rarely choose to spend all our time with another person, because at some point we have to leave and find our own way, choosing to reincarnate or have other experiences. Sometimes, however, we love someone so much that we choose to stay with them for as long as we can, sometimes until the time comes when they too disincarnate, waiting for them and then reincarnating together again, close to one another. Sometimes we don't have time to wait for someone else, we have to reincarnate quickly, but other times we are so deeply connected to that soul mate that we choose to wait for them and reincarnate close by, even being born a few months apart, in nearby cities or even far away, but knowing that sooner or later we will meet again and find our way back to each other. Many might think that this only happens with one's "soul mate," that is, with a loved one as a partner in a previous life, but this is not the only way to love. It could instead be a daughter, or a friend, or a spiritual person we have admired greatly, our Master from previous lives. Love is not only sexual, i.e., the love we feel for our partner, but there is a very deep love between Souls that does not look at gender, but at past life experiences together. So you may choose to incarnate close to your past life Master, rather than follow your previous life partner, because during reincarnation you chose the priority that was most important to you. Therefore, we might believe that when we are disincarnated, we will choose to follow and protect the life of a family member or our partner, but this is not a rule, because we might instead choose to follow the life of someone who is very far away—and who may not even know us—to help them on their path, because we feel the need to be useful, having perceived that that person will be useful to the world. Try to imagine a Soul like Jesus, a person who had to change the world with his own hands: many Souls chose to stay by his side, to observe him and follow him even after they had become disembodied, because 'in their own small way' they wanted to do something useful for him, aware that he would change the world. Think of how many other people are helped in their progress by entities that they sometimes know very well, because they are their disincarnated relatives or friends, and other times they are Souls we have known in previous lives and who are still helping us in this one. When we think of guardian angels or guides, we take it for granted that we all have an angel watching over us, almost as if it were obligatory for a soul to spend its life looking after ours, as if it had nothing else to do.
In truth, not everyone has a "guardian angel," as not everyone has earned the love and admiration of someone else who, when they pass away, chooses to help them for a period of their life. In fact, ask yourself: what have you done that is so special for others that you would expect one of them to choose to spend decades after death looking after you, watching over you and protecting you throughout your life, instead of choosing to live their own life and focus on their own path? What have you done that is so special for others that you expect them to sacrifice their entire existence for you? In fact, not everyone has a friendly entity watching over them, simply because not everyone was interested in making friends when they were alive, which is why, when they disincarnate, they will have no reason to think about them and watch over their lives. On the other hand, there are people who have been so good to others during their lives that they have created many more soul friends than one can imagine, to the point that, upon their disincarnation, many of them will choose to follow them, and these people will not have just one friendly entity watching over them, but many entities who will remain by their side to help them along their path. Of course, we must remember that each entity can only stay for a certain period of time, because sooner or later it will have to incarnate and therefore take back control of its life; therefore, we will not have the same 'guardian angel' throughout our lives, but a friendly entity may appear for a certain period of our life, or several friendly entities may appear scattered throughout our journey, or all at the same time, if they deem it important to do so. Or we may never receive help from a friendly entity, but rather receive attacks from enemy entities that have been persecuting us since past lives. All this depends on what we have done and experienced in previous lives, the fruits of which we reap in this life, whether they are tasty or rotten. In fact, at certain times in our lives as entities, we choose to follow certain people we want to help; at other times, we choose to persecute those who have hurt us. Try to imagine what would happen if someone, whether an acquaintance or a complete stranger, killed your daughter and left you with a terrible void inside, dictated by your guilt for not having accompanied her that evening, for letting her come home alone, or for smothering her so much that she ran away from home and met the wrong person at the wrong time, there in the dark, where no one could hear her screams. How would that make you feel? It would be a pain that you might not be able to bear, even after years, even when the tears no longer flow. Sometimes we manage to move on and get our lives back on track, despite everything, despite someone taking the most precious thing in the world away from us with their own hands. Other times, the pain is so strong that our body becomes ill because we want so badly to reach our daughter's soul that every single cell in our body obeys our desire and lets us go, leaving us free to get out of that human box and find our daughter's soul. But this is not always possible, sometimes because your daughter did not have a Soul, or because she may no longer belong to this dimension and you would not be able to find her, now that she is who knows where in the immense universe. At that point, you are a soul without a body, and the pain you feel inside, the anger you feel at seeing your daughter's murderer still alive and you not, is so strong that it drives you with the most insidious impulse we can feel: revenge. You, who have no physical body, see nothing else but your daughter's murderer living his life peacefully, as if he had never done anything wrong, as if nothing had happened. Reason is no longer present in your mind and the only thing you want to do is wipe that smile off his face, making the person who caused you pain feel the same pain you felt, the person who took everything you had away from you. And at that point, no human law can stop you, because you are a soul without a body, you are an entity, and nothing and no one can prevent you from persecuting that person and causing them accidents, illnesses, misfortunes of all kinds, even hurting those dear to them, just to bring them to their knees in the tears that have accompanied your face for years! And that's what you want, you don't think about anything else, for all that time you continue to persecute them and ruin every happy moment of their life, because that's what you want: you want them to feel the pain you felt.
For the Soul in the astral plane, time flows differently, the very perception of time is different, and while you don't think about it and don't realize the time passing, for him years and decades of life are passing in which an entity is persecuting him, slaughtering him, even though it is invisible to his eyes and to the sight of anyone else. No one can see you, but you are there, and you are always by its side... But not for its own good. This is an example of why a soul, and therefore an entity, might choose to spend a great deal of time persecuting a person who is still alive, causing them pain and suffering, and despite everything, its reasons cannot be denied. Sometimes, however, despite the sadness you felt in life, despite someone taking away everything that mattered to you, despite dying of grief and not of old age, not in an accident, but from pure depression, you disembodied and then looked at life from another point of view. You looked at yourself, you looked at your daughter's soul, you looked at the still-living body of her murderer.... and you chose to forgive him. Sometimes you chose to let go, you looked around and said, "Okay, it's time to start a new life," leaving the past behind, knowing that once you are reincarnated, you will remember nothing of your previous life... and this, deep down, gives you relief. Sometimes we choose reincarnation precisely to forget, to escape from that prison of pain that is letting us starve to death, to start a new life in which, for a while, we will no longer think about the past. It will be like a rebirth, it will be exactly a rebirth! Because you will not remember the pain that afflicted you. You will start again with your first steps in a new little body, surrounded by people who are happy to meet you for the first time: your new parents. You will start living again, something that seemed impossible in your previous life: it is a new beginning for you. So you will take your first steps, make your first mistakes, play your first pranks on your parents and have your first arguments... You will leave the house without permission, you will do silly things with your friends, you will disappoint your parents, then you will hug them, make up, and they will forgive you. Your life will go on, without remembering your previous one, and you will have no reason to suffer for a daughter you have lost, because now you are the child who worries your parents. You will stress every time they ask you where you are, you will hate them every time they call you on your cell phone, worried at night, asking you to come home because it's dangerous out there. You won't be able to stand them and you won't understand them, just as they won't understand that you need your space and that they shouldn't oppress you, because they will achieve the opposite effect. But now you are the one making them worry, until you become a parent and risk making the same mistakes they did: you will stress your child so much that you will oppress them, because of the fears passed down to you by your parents, because of the unconscious fears passed down to you from your past life, until you force them to run away from home at night and not tell you anything, because of how much you have distressed them. But he'll be fine, nothing will happen to him. Your fears, however, are deeply unconscious, due to past experiences that your current mind does not recognize or comprehend, but convinces itself that they are fears based on this life and justified, pushing you to treat your current child like a prisoner: locked in the house under the watchful eye of your hawk-like gaze, so much so that you prevent him from living his life as a teenager with friends his own age, for fear of what is out there. Your fear is understandable, but you must not allow your son to lose everything and everyone in his life from such a young age because of your excessive fear, which is suffocating him to the point that he finds you unbearable. Sooner or later, he will choose to leave you to finally live the life you were taking away from him. Forgetting, during reincarnation, can give you a moment of relief, to detach yourself a little from the past and enjoy life again. However, after years, not remembering who you are and who you were becomes a burden, because it prevents you from understanding why you are the way you are, why you react in a certain way to situations that arise, not understanding why everything seems familiar even though you have not experienced it in this life. Forgetting your past and the suffering of your previous life can give you relief for a while, but then, at a certain point in your new life, your mind is ready enough to understand the past and see it from another perspective: no longer in the first person, but in the third, because you will look at your past lives as if they were other people outside of who you are today, and this will give you the strength to bear them and forgive yourself.
The break between one life and another can be important, so that you don't carry the pain of the past into the next life, but at a certain point in your existence you need to know who you are, enough to realize that the suffering of your past life should not hinder your memories. Even if that life ended that way, it does not deserve to be forgotten forever, because you were someone, you had experiences and you left your mark on this world in some way, so you need to remember who you are and what you have experienced in the past. Life is not just made up of difficult moments, but also of satisfactions and projects that have been realized, which is why remembering them, even the saddest ones, will fill your heart with a great sense of fulfillment, filling that void that no one in the world can ever fill except your past lives. So, if on some occasions, when you find yourself in the form of an entity, you choose to help your loved ones for a certain period of time, other times you may choose to haunt those who have hurt you, or to forgive them and turn the page of your life. Still other times, you choose to spend that time as a disembodied spirit, visiting this planet and observing it from another point of view, through the eyes of someone who is no longer subject to society, no longer has to go to work, no longer has to earn money to be able to spend it, no longer has to get up early to go to work and endure a hectic life. You will be able to see the world through the eyes of someone who is finally alive, even if they no longer have a physical body, because they are experiencing the peace of the moment, instead of running faster than others to chase time before it runs out. You finally feel at peace, and for a while you will want to stay in that state. But not forever! Because after a period of time, which in the astral dimensions flows differently from the physical ones, you will choose to live another adventure, a new experience in a new physical body. Thus, you will reincarnate, starting life over again but with an immense amount of internal knowledge far superior to your previous life, because not only do you have one more life, but you have also taken advantage of the time between incarnations, carrying out all kinds of experiences that have filled the memories of your Soul. At this point, I will guide you through a new practice session to recall memories of your past lives, bringing you closer to perceiving who you really are, until the day when you will remember your past lives in your memories.
