Reincarnation is nothing more than changing vehicles, as if you took your used car and threw it away to buy a new one. It may be upsetting, but you cannot keep the same one forever. For the Soul, the human body is nothing more than a machine in every sense of the word. It is a means of transport that we, who are the Soul, use to gain experience on this planet in the form of human beings. When the time comes to change machines, our physical body gives way and we decide to move into another, so that each physical body will have a different life from the previous one. At this point, the when and how depend greatly on the evolution of the Soul and therefore on its maturity and psychic ability. First of all, Consciousness can spend many years disembodied because it needs time to understand what it must do and how to do it, and then to find an empty body—that is, one that has not already been chosen and taken by Souls more powerful than itself—to enter. The Soul, which is a much more evolved Consciousness, may take years by choice, because during that period in which it does not reincarnate in another physical body, it does not remain still and watch, nor does it use all this time to look for a new body, but instead uses these years to do something very important. So, on the one hand, we have less evolved Consciousnesses that take a long time to reincarnate due to various obstacles, on the other hand we have Souls who can choose to take a long time simply because, during that time, they have chosen on their own initiative to go and live in another dimension or to spend a few years in the form of an entity for their own reasons and convenience, reincarnating when they choose to do so, sometimes finding a suitable body quite quickly. Therefore, the Soul does not waste time: whatever it does, it does for a reason and with a goal in mind, unlike a less evolved Consciousness, which could waste a lot of time searching and encountering various obstacles. This is the main reason why we must aim for our psychic evolution: to become a powerful Soul and not remain a fragile Consciousness, as it is not a given that we will become evolved Souls just by waiting. On the contrary, as I have already explained in the initial chapters, we cannot become powerful just by waiting, but we must strive to evolve and find psychic and spiritual Awakening. Therefore, a person who has spent their life ignoring spirituality and, above all, the practice of psychic techniques, will find themselves with a weak Consciousness that will be incapable of making complex choices during reincarnation. It will be very different for a person who has practiced to evolve their psychic abilities during their human life, because when disincarnation comes, it will be much easier for them, having become a mature Soul, to make decisions and implement them throughout the journey ahead, which will lead them to their next reincarnation. An unconscious person, who has no communication with their Consciousness, does not realize that they are about to die until the illness takes hold so strongly that at a certain point they realize that they can no longer recover, so the consequence is predictable. A conscious person, on the other hand, who has a connection with their Consciousness or, better still, with their Soul, realizes when they are approaching disincarnation, even years in advance, so much so that they begin to prepare for the next life. We might think that an evolved person capable of predicting their own death must necessarily decide and succeed in averting it and eliminating this possibility from their life forever, but this does not have to be the case. The death of the human body is something that happens sooner or later because it was not designed to last 'forever', but has a time limit in which its functions will continue to operate before the day comes when it shuts down. Therefore, it may sometimes happen that an evolved person foresees a dangerous situation in their future that will lead to premature death, and for this reason will try to avoid it and save their life. At other times, however, the person knows that they cannot avert their death because it has been decided by their Soul, and at that point they cannot change their fate because there is a much greater plan that they must respect. That said, however, many deaths are not caused by one's own Soul, but by external causes such as physical murder or psychic attacks which, although the law cannot stop them, are still people killing other people through their actions.

As for those who do not evolve during their lifetime, they will find it more difficult to live after disincarnation, while those who have practiced and evolved during their lifetime will face disincarnation as a familiar and almost simple transition, because everything will go smoothly, almo us as taking the bus and going on a trip, paying the sole and calm attention to getting off at the right stop. In other words, the more evolved the Soul is, the more disincarnation becomes almost a trivial step, as it becomes so simple that worries and fear are reduced to zero. In fact, for the Soul, disincarnation is as familiar as taking a bus is for us, with no fear and no worries, except that of respecting the precise times: the departure and arrival times. When you understand what the Soul thinks about reincarnation, you realize that death is a concern that weighs more heavily on us than it should. Thus, by becoming more aware and communicating with your Soul, death will no longer frighten you because you will realize that only the physical body dies, while the Soul goes on and continues its journey, simply moving on to a new path in life. Therefore, at a certain point in our lives, we will reach the age that the Soul has chosen to disincarnate, beginning the process beforehand because death, even when it does not occur through illness and therefore seems invisible to us, actually takes a long time and can vary from about 1 to 5 years. However, all this applies if the disincarnation is caused by the Soul and not by the human ego. In fact, if death is caused by the human ego, i.e., by the you of now, everything changes and loses meaning. For example, a death caused by the human ego is the use of drugs, which was neither decided nor planned by the Soul. Drugs will cause the physical body to weaken its functions, destroy its internal protective abilities, and break the mind and physical brain, thus erasing the possibility of the body living a long, healthy, and complication-free life. Therefore, the Soul could have chosen a completely different destiny, a completely different death of the physical body that would not have affected the mind in any way, so the body would have died but not the Soul itself. However, if the human ego commits wrong actions to the point of risking its own health, the Soul no longer has as much power and therefore cannot prolong the life of the physical body by miraculously healing it to keep it alive at all costs, because it often considers this to be completely useless and a waste of energy. Therefore, if the physical body is damaged by the choices of the human ego, which could also be alcohol, as well as an excessively sedentary lifestyle that leads the body to encounter health problems, such as a heart attack, the date of death changes as the years of life chosen by the Soul decrease due to the physical body being destroyed by the unconscious choices of the human ego. Of course, there are exceptions in every case, so there are occasions when the Soul chooses to sacrifice itself to such an extent that it wastes its energy to keep that physical body alive, even though the human ego has ruined it, to give it time to continue its life in the hope that it will use it to carry out its tasks; a fact which, unfortunately, is not guaranteed. In fact, the human ego could misunderstand the good fortune of still being alive despite having destroyed the body with its wrong choices and, instead of taking advantage of the extra time it has to live to carry out its mission, it continues to waste it worrying about earthly life and sinking into time-wasting and even more wrong choices, thus squandering the opportunity given by the Soul, which will have sacrificed itself in vain and will not be able to go back and recover the wasted energy, because it is now gone and will have to suffer the consequences of psychic weakening. However, if the human ego does not make the mistake of voluntarily ruining its body and wasting so much of its Soul's energy unnecessarily, its date of disincarnation will be the one decided by the Soul, and therefore everything will make sense. Except, of course, for powerful psychic attacks, which, as I have already said, could affect the Soul's life path and therefore yours, as you are the human ego, which is why it is important that you meditate every day to protect yourself from the possibility of them affecting you. If you have not already done so, I recommend that you practice meditation today. At this point, we know that the Soul has already decided the date of our disincarnation, but as we currently represent the human ego, if we are unconscious we may never discover it—until the day it happens—or discover it earlier, through precognition.

Regardless of whether we want to know about it or not, disincarnation is a process that takes time, which is why it can occur even more than five years before physical death, and in exceptional cases up to ten years before; but we are talking about rare cases. In the case of a young and undeveloped Consciousness, disincarnation occurs at the moment the body is dying, because it is not even aware that it is about to happen, so it waits for death unconsciously, just as the human ego does. This applies to all the Gaia's Low I mentioned earlier, while the actual bots do not undergo disincarnation because they do not even have a real Consciousness capable of reincarnating, but are effectively part of the planet's system, and therefore part of the planetary Matrix. If, on the other hand, we are talking about a more evolved Consciousness, or better still, a more mature Soul, it will begin its disincarnation a few years before the actual death of the physical body. This is because the Soul in question will have sufficient maturity to understand how important it is to prepare before each event by carrying out a sort of Push for the Future (which we will explore later) to ensure that its next life will be even better. We could in fact talk about three cases of reincarnation. The first is the type of reincarnation we have discussed so far, in which several years may pass before being born into a new body (e.g., from death in 1891 to birth in 1898), but there are two other types of reincarnation, which can be immediate reincarnation or early reincarnation. The first case is a reincarnation in which the Soul has taken the necessary time to gain other experiences between one human life and another, allowing several years to pass. For example, we could think of a soul that reincarnates in a male human body in 1756 and decides to disincarnate in 1791, at the age of 35, and then reincarnate in a female body in 1797, about six years later. In the second case, however, these are rather immediate reincarnations, which do not allow years to pass, but only a few months and in some situations even just a few days. This does not, of course, indicate a premature incarnation without a Push, but rather an urgent reincarnation to continue what was left unfinished in the previous life. We could, for example, think of a disincarnation and new incarnation occurring in the same year. For example, we could imagine an existence that began in February 1564 and ended in January 1642, and the subsequent reincarnation that began in December of the same year, i.e., 1642, and ended in March 1727. In this case, we see a type of reincarnation that took place in the same year, albeit many months apart. Other times, however, it can happen that the incarnations are even closer together, for example, one occurring in March and the other in November of the same year, or even a few months earlier in the same year, for example, the death of the physical body occurring in December of the year while the birth of the new body occurred at the beginning of January of the same year. The latter is in fact the third case, in which the Soul begins to transfer to the new body even before the old one has died, leaving the body without a Soul but without anyone realizing anything. In fact, a body without a Soul survives, as demonstrated by the fact that the vast majority of human beings living on this planet are without a Soul, yet unrecognizable from this point of view. Therefore, the Soul can leave a body even long before it dies and no one will notice anything, as the physical body and its Matrix mind will continue to remain alive and live life as if nothing had happened. The Soul will move into a new body, while the former body will continue to move like all other people who have never had a Soul: such as bots or Gaia's Low. Usually, however, the body that has been abandoned by the Soul will die shortly thereafter, usually within five years. Although this third case is a bit rarer, it can happen for reasons that the Soul deems necessary. For example, sometimes the Soul realizes that the body it resides in is dying too quickly, whether due to an unexpected illness or murder, but it has not completed its task by that date, so it needs to reincarnate immediately to carry on its task without any loss of time.

Thus, sometimes the Soul looks for a new body even before leaving the old one, so it slowly begins to transfer, abandoning the old body more and more. At this point, we could take a slightly more historical example. Let's say that the Soul was reincarnated in 1300 but for various reasons the body died in 1359. This date does not imply that the Soul remained inside until the last moment of the body's life, but could instead have begun its transfer to the new body a few months earlier, or in exceptional cases, more unique than rare, even years earlier, such as in 1353, almost six years before the death of the former body. In fact, reincarnation within the body of a child usually occurs as soon as it is born, i.e., when it is a newborn. In some very rare cases, however, it may happen that the soul has been preparing for some time, which is why it is reincarnating in the child while still having a body, leaving the old one to enter the new one. Since the transfer does not take place in an instant, but can take up to a few years, it may be that the Soul used those six years to transfer, as it felt it necessary to hurry things along and make an excessive but necessary effort to continue its task. Although the first example of reincarnation, i.e., the one that requires many years to transfer from one body to another, is almost more popular, sometimes during our hundreds or even thousands of reincarnations, events of the second type and, even more rarely, of the third type of reincarnation can also occur. The reasons why the Soul might choose to follow the third type of reincarnation, i.e., leaving the old body and rushing into the new one before the previous one has died, can be very varied. The first reason may be due to world situations that are taking a turn for the worse and the Soul, the Soul, needs so badly to be reincarnated in a different place in order to have more impact on the world and therefore a more prestigious role than the previous one, with which it already has a name and an identity that it has created in society and with which it could not have the same effect, that it decides to change its identity quickly, even before the previous one disappears. In this way, it will seem that there are two people and therefore two Souls fighting for the same principles, or sometimes to protect two opposing cities that she could not have defended if she had been reincarnated in a different nation; for example, a German or Austrian man would find it very difficult to become president of Russia, so he would have to choose to disincarnate from his German body and incarnate in a Russian one to protect his country without anyone suspecting anything. Of course, every Soul has its own mission, and I am explaining the reasons why it should incarnate or disincarnate, regardless of whether these Souls are good or dark. Another reason for incarnating even before the previous body has died is precisely to confuse those who are interested in researching them, such as scholars or even practitioners who use their gifts to research the past lives of others, exploiting psychic abilities to track down their Frequencies. In this way, if someone suspected the previous reincarnation of a specific person, they could be 'tricked' and thus hindered in their confirmation if the previous body was still alive when the new child was born. Thus, those who are not psychically evolved enough can be deceived by this detail and believe that those two people were not the same Soul, but two different, separate Souls. Think of how many historical figures or ancient deities are considered different 'people' because they lived in distant times and places, when in fact they are the same Soul reincarnated several times. Later on, we will look at some well-known historical figures and give examples that may be much closer to reality than we could have imagined. In other situations, a Soul may choose to quickly find another body to incarnate in, even if the old one is still alive, because the latter has been too damaged, whether due to drugs or psychological factors. For example, the Soul may choose to reincarnate elsewhere when the former body suffers serious psychological damage, to the point of ending up in a psychiatric ward.

When a person has serious mental problems that lead to insanity, or an advanced form of Alzheimer's, it is likely that the Soul – if there is a Soul in that person – will begin to prepare to leave, and therefore decide to immediately look for another body without worrying about killing the previous one. In fact, sometimes the Soul is in such a hurry to leave that body that it may have gone mad (for various reasons such as drug use, mental problems since birth, or very dark psychic attacks that have led to insanity), so it decides to leave as soon as possible and leave the body there to die, getting rid of it in a hurry to prevent the mental destruction of that body from also damaging the Soul over time. As already mentioned, therefore, sometimes the Soul chooses to leave but without killing the body, leaving it alive for some time. This is because sometimes the Soul, if it does not have a good reason to 'kill' a body that is still functioning, leaves it alone, and it will die after a few years. Therefore, it can sometimes leave the former body to its life without necessarily causing it to die. In fact, it is sometimes useful for the Soul to leave the former body still alive, both to confuse those who are looking for it (enemies who would like to attack it) and, sometimes, to avoid causing grief to its family members. The death of a family member always causes a lot of pain, so sometimes the Soul may choose to 'leave alive' the body in which it resided so that family members do not suffer from its death. This is because people do not realize when a relative has 'gone' as a Soul, but believe that as long as the body is there, the Soul must also be there. For this reason, the Soul sometimes chooses to leave a body but keep it alive for a while longer, so that relatives do not receive the shock of losing their loved one too soon. Thus, the soul allows the body to die after a while, through illness or 'old age', so that family members begin to understand that its time is coming and can start to get used to the idea that it is leaving, so that it is not a nasty surprise but they can begin to come to terms with it and understand the situation. It is therefore an act of great sensitivity, because even though the Soul has left the body, in order not to cause great pain to family members, it prefers to 'pretend' for a while that it is still there, giving them time to understand that its time is slowly coming, so that they suffer less than they would if it had died suddenly and without any previous warning signs. Perhaps you have known someone, for example a grandparent who was dying, who at a certain point began to be increasingly 'absent', as if they were no longer themselves. They ate, walked and answered questions, perhaps even remembering what they had experienced or what you had done together in the past, but there was something different about them, something that made them seem absent. Well, it could be that their soul was already leaving, or that it had already left some time before. Even if he remained alive for a few more years, or is still alive today, something similar could happen. So it could be that he has already sought a body in which to reincarnate, even if the previous one has not yet died, or that he has chosen to disincarnate even if he has not yet found a new body. This can happen because he, or rather his soul, may feel that there is no time to lose, that there is no need to stay there for another 10 years because he needs to have other experiences in order to evolve and carry out his tasks; so he has decided to disincarnate but leave his former body alive, to prevent his family from suffering too much. In fact, sometimes some Souls choose to let their bodies die at a date far in the future from when they actually disincarnated. This is because they sometimes believe that it is not the right time to 'do such a wrong' to their family. Perhaps because the family is already suffering, whether due to financial problems or other bereavements, so sometimes the Soul chooses to leave its former body alive, so that the family still thinks they have their relative with them and feels more at peace, whereas they would suffer a great blow if they saw him die suddenly too.

Every Soul follows its own instincts and not dictated rules, so there are some Souls that abandon the body and rush into the next one without caring about the fate of the previous body; other times, Souls are so attached to their now former families that they would not want to do them such a wrong, so they make sure that the body lasts a few more years, usually no more than 4-5 years, which will show an increasingly serious progression of the disease, thus making it clear to the family that there is little time left before death, so that they can come to terms with it and find some peace. However, if this makes us think of all those people who die suddenly, such as our relatives who left us without even letting us know, well, we cannot blame them for dying without having time to warn us: it was certainly not their intention to make us suffer; on the contrary, if they could have chosen, they would have stayed with us. But that's how life is on this planet, and we shouldn't struggle to accept that sooner or later we will all die, including the people we love, but that doesn't mean we should get angry or suffer excessively: it's nature, it's science, it's the most normal thing in the world. So a Soul can choose to keep its former body alive even after it has left it, but this does not usually happen. In fact, it is much more common that as soon as the Soul leaves the body, it dies almost immediately or within a few days. Therefore, each case is very different, depending on the intentions of the Soul, which do not follow precise rules but their own initiatives. So now we need to take stock of the situation regarding incarnation. The Soul chooses the place and the child in which to be born, sometimes taking into account that the child's family is about to go on a trip or move house, which is why it may be born in one place but live in another. The Soul does not reincarnate in an adult body, but incarnates in a newborn body, or in some exceptional cases in a body that was born very recently. Usually it reincarnates in a newborn body or at the exact moment of birth, but sometimes it incarnates in a body that is still a fetus, so it is still inside the mother's womb. Sometimes it can incarnate some time after birth. However, it does not happen that the Soul is living in two human bodies at the same time, so one of the two will have already left; although it can happen that the Soul, even if it has abandoned its former body, 'directs' it and therefore pushes it towards certain choices and a specific direction, even if it is at a distance and therefore incarnated in another body. It depends greatly on how evolved and ancient the Soul is, because if we are talking about a truly powerful Soul, there is nothing it cannot do; but such powerful Souls are very, very rare, so much so that very few may appear in a century. Sometimes the incarnation of the Soul into a body has had some complications, so the child may die shortly thereafter, even without any apparent reason. Usually, the complications arise from very dark attacks on the child's physical body, which may have nothing to do with the Soul that was reincarnating within it. Other times, however, the attacks are directed at the Soul itself, so the body was in perfect health but from the moment that Soul was the victim of dark attacks, it may not have been able to reincarnate in the body, causing its death. Other times, the complications may be different and the Soul will not be able to fully incarnate within the body, so much so that the child's life may last only a few hours or a few days, after which an 'unexplained' death will occur, because the health of the body seemed to be fine, but suddenly gave way. Since the Soul takes some time to stabilize completely within the newborn, from a few months to even a few years, sometimes the child may be at risk until the first 5 years of life, although the greatest danger is in the first 2-3 years. Unfortunately, newborns are very vulnerable to psychic attacks precisely because the Soul has not yet stabilized perfectly, but needs time, so the attacks are able to penetrate more easily and sometimes prevent the Soul from continuing its attempt at incarnation, causing it to fail.

Therefore, the Soul must then start over, looking for another body in which to attempt incarnation. Clearly, however, this does not mean that all deaths of children under the age of 2 are due to the Soul not being able to stabilize itself within; in fact, many times the deaths of newborns can be due to 'natural' causes, such as health problems, severe foetal deformities, etc.; however, we must not deny that many times they result from dark attacks that have struck the mother, who will not be able to give birth to a healthy child, victim of a so-called curse. This is one reason why newborns should be protected, not only physically, but also through energy and psychic protection. Therefore, the "lives" in which we have reincarnated and lived only a few hours or a few days should not be considered lives, because we have not really lived in contact with the world, with society, and with important events, but have been there for too short a time. Now that you know much more about past lives, reincarnation, and disincarnation, I can guide you through a new practice session to attract and remember memories from your past lives. Please remember that these sessions work much better if you have already done a meditation session during the day. If you haven't done so yet, I recommend that you meditate before doing this session, as it will amplify its power and speed up the time it takes to see improvements. When you are ready, let's begin the session to remember past lives. If you wish, you can listen to the audio guide entitled "Memory Practice," or continue reading below.
