Angel: No, they are two different practices. You can practice both on a specific person, but personal energy cleansing is different from doing an E-L. They have two different intentions and depths. 

Student: Good evening, everyone! I wanted to share my experiences with personal energy cleansing. Every time I do it, I feel more relaxed, more energetic, and happier. I've noticed that it really helps me stay conscious during the day because all the problems or low-frequency feelings disappear as if they didn't really exist. And it helps me stay positive because of the tranquility that pervades me during and after the technique. I tried to go beyond the technique, feeling the energy flowing through my veins, muscles, and every single part of my body, and it gave me enormous relief. I also noticed how it helps me not to waste time. Because it seems that everything around me 'relaxes' and even time starts to slow down. I don't know if it's just my impression. Anyway, I had put this technique aside for a while and thanks to these lessons I have started practicing it again. Thank you so much! 

Angel: This technique is one of those that seem easy, and for this reason they also seem 'less important' to practice, so there is a risk of leaving it in a corner and eventually forgetting about it. But in reality, it is a technique that can help you a lot on many fronts, because if you really understand that everything around you is energy and everything is moved by it, the first thing you do is think about the value of your energy and the effect it can have on others. In other words, if you understand how it works, it immediately occurs to you that you too have and are energy, and you ask yourself how you can improve it. Energy cleansing is much more than a technique to be practiced once a year, because once you understand its usefulness, you will voluntarily decide to practice it much more often. This way, you will have more luck, people will like you more, and you will be more likely to make an impression in any field you choose. In addition, of course, you will get rid of small blocks and stagnant energies, which obviously bring negativity and obstacles in your everyday life and in your big future projects.

Angel: Then I suggest you go with it! Even a few minutes is fine, you don't have to do long sessions, you can do them more often. You'll see a big difference... 

Student: Hi Angel, I wanted to thank you for encouraging me to do the energy cleansing technique, because it's perfect for the period we're going through, and also because I had a strong block against practicing it, like a rejection. You've always explained that this often happens with the techniques that would be best for us or that we actually like the most, and that's exactly what happened! Then, out of "spite" and to make up for lost time, I practiced the technique for almost 40 minutes and then started meditating right after. It was wonderful. Now I really feel the energy is clean. In fact, I felt the difference between the energy in my body and the aura that needs to be cleansed! 

Angel: Very good, you decided to go against these thoughts and this lack of desire, and you decided to practice Cleansing for 40 minutes! You immediately noticed the difference, which means you did well, and above all, you were conscious afterwards to realize it, which is not at all obvious. So many times we practice well, we get results, and after we finish the practice we get discouraged and think we haven't made any real impact... Student: Good evening everyone, I started listening to your energy cleansing video often while driving home from work, especially when I feel like I have various annoyances or feel like I've been hit by various negativities, and although it's not the same as when you do it relaxed without thinking about anything else, I often notice significant improvements right away. It's a shame that I forget to do it calmly at least once a week, if not more. I wanted to know: is it wrong to try techniques even when you're feeling low, and is it possible to feel improvements even if you haven't been able to concentrate as well as you would have done if you had just done the technique? I have another question... You wrote that the energy cleansing technique can also be used to cleanse various parts of the body, but it is still energy cleansing, because that is the intention? And is intention one of the main differences between energy cleansing and healing, or am I wrong? 

Angel: No, no, not at all, that's not wrong. You always have to understand what the main goal is. We have to learn to practice even when we are in the Low, so for example when we are with people, or we are working, etc. But it is clear that when we practice in the Low, the practice is most often lowered by the Low that surrounds us, so we may lose concentration because someone is talking to us, or we cannot raise our tone very much because we are sitting in an uncomfortable position or we are moving and the movement distracts us; but what is the main goal? If you practice in the Low, your goal must be "to train myself in practice while I am in the Low," so you are not aiming to achieve, say, dimensional experiences and deep relaxation, but you are focusing on training during Low moments. When you are at home, on the other hand, you practice with different goals, namely to improve your level. Let me give you an example: let's compare running to build up your stamina and increase your endurance with sprinting. When you run to increase your endurance, your speed is quite low because the goal is not to be fast but to run for as long as possible without stopping because of tiredness or breathlessness.

Okay, here's an example of practicing in the Low: you don't practice to achieve better meditations than you would at home, because it's obvious that you wouldn't be able to (otherwise there would be an underlying problem, namely that you don't practice well at home). Instead, you practice to improve your endurance, i.e., to increase your awareness even in moments when the Low tries to subdue you and make you super unconscious. When you compete in races, on the other hand, you don't care about your breath or endurance: you aim to be the fastest, to run as fast as you can, even if it means running out of breath! These are the practices you do at home: you work much harder because you want to achieve much higher levels from your practice. The point is that both are necessary, because if you sometimes train for endurance at , then your speed will also improve; and if you train for speed, your endurance will also increase. That's why it's important to practice outside the home and not just when we're inside: because if you practice even when you're in the Low, i.e., at work, at relatives' houses, out with friends, etc., you build up that endurance that then greatly improves your practice at home. If, on the other hand, you never practice outside because you think "I can't do it anyway," then obviously your practice at home will also have a limit that is very difficult to overcome. Therefore, it is right to practice outside the home, and you should do so even if you think you can't do it or that practicing outside your home is less effective... Don't worry, just practice anyway! Unfortunately, many people are still confused and think that at this point they can practice every day when they are outside the home, so there is no need to practice when they are inside. So some people say they "meditate" when they are outside the home, so that when they are at home they don't have to do it. This, of course, is the path that leads to failure. You need to practice outside the home to improve your practices inside the home, not to eliminate or replace them. So remember that it is important to practice when you are in the Low, e.g., at work or outside the home, but never replace the meditations and various practices you would do at home just because you think you have practiced enough outside. You would end up falling very quickly! That said, there are important differences between energy cleansing and healing, obviously based on intent. Energy healing is used to heal physical health problems, so it has an effect on matter, on the physical plane. Energy cleansing does not deal with this, although it can obviously have secondary benefits on matter and therefore heal a health problem; but its primary goal is to act on energy, not on the physical, but on energy itself. Many people still find this difficult to understand and may feel that their energy is unimportant, that the only thing that matters is physical health. But in reality, we should first take an interest in our energy, because if your energy is damaged, depleted, or dirty, it is much easier for negativity to enter and create illnesses that will affect the physical body. If, on the other hand, a person's energy is very clean and compact, it is much more difficult for the physical body to become ill. So everything starts with energy. Obviously, we are talking about illnesses that are caused by psychic/energetic attacks; if we are talking about illnesses caused by poor diet or smoking, alcohol, and other substances that we deliberately put into our bodies, the situation is obviously very different, and energy cleansing is not enough to save us from illness, as these do not come from psychic attacks received from outside but from substances that we voluntarily consume and allow into our bodies. However, there is an important difference between the two techniques: one acts on the physical plane and the other on the more astral plane, on the energetic dimensions that belong to you and make you who you are. 

Student: Yes, I often try to do some techniques when I'm away from home to learn how to practice even in those moments, although it's not easy because of distractions, but since I notice that some of these practices done in low moments seem to work at least a little, I hope it's a good starting point for improvement. I don't know why, but I had completely forgotten about this technique, I hadn't practiced it in a very long time. I made the mistake of thinking that I could skip it to focus on other techniques because meditation, among other things, has the secondary effect of cleansing internal energy. But rereading the documents, I rediscovered the importance of doing a specific cleansing session! During meditation, energy is already busy with a thousand things, so if I do the energy cleansing properly with the specific technique, during meditation the energy will focus more on other things. Of course, you can't practice them all every day of your life, but no one is telling you to practice 30 techniques a day. Rather, organize yourself to practice a few at a time, at different times. That way, you keep them all fresh and don't forget any of them.

Angel: It's not easy to maintain a balance in your practices, but the order of the steps exists for a reason, so I recommend that you take a look at them more often and practice a few techniques in order. So if we don't practice a technique, those effects will obviously disappear over time. It's very important to realize this and understand what the obstacle is, because once you understand it, you can decide not to give up and to practice the various techniques without falling into the trap of "apathy" that pretends to be "relaxing." What you said about your family is very important, namely that thanks to the practice you do during the day, you are more peaceful at home even though there is chaos outside. That's no small thing! Let's enjoy these merits, which are by no means few.

I wanted to share my experiences with energy cleansing, which is a technique I really enjoy practicing, but despite this, everything pushes me to forget about it or make it superficial, and now I understand why. Lately, before I start meditating, I spend at least 10 minutes doing energy cleansing to relax, with the intention of absorbing a lot of energy and raising my tone, cleansing myself of stagnant energies and thoughts, and the difference is really noticeable. I also feel the need at certain times to practice it within certain chakras to cleanse them of accumulated energy or blockages, and it really improves the health of the chakras and the quality of meditation. It's amazing. This technique is much deeper than it seems. There are times when I practice the guided version or with music and, despite the set time, I end up staying for half an hour or more, and the results are noticeable.

It is a technique that stirs things up. If you maintain a clear mind and relax more and more, you go deeper and forget your physical body. You no longer feel its boundaries, and it is as if you are one with the prana you are drawing into yourself. Once, I felt it so strongly that I had the sensation that everything around me was spinning as if there were a vortex around me. When you practice it, you feel that you are moving energies at levels you never thought you could reach or even knew existed, and even if it is sometimes a "subtle" sensation, you feel immediately that something is changing. I have noticed that when you go deep, you never end up finding a "bottom"; the prana wants to enter and you can't help but feel better... This technique helps me a lot when I have difficulty practicing, and not only that, because it makes you feel alive and the Force of Life. I realize how important it is to breathe prana and fill yourself with it more and more deeply and let it work, because it frees us from burdens we are not aware of and allows us to evolve even more by raising our vibration. 

Angel: Very good! You are doing very well to practice it and hold it longer than the set time, because it means that you feel the need to do so and it certainly brings you great benefits, even more than you initially perceive. So I advise you to continue because it improves everything, from meditation to the other various techniques that you will then practice during the day! 

Student: Hi Angel! Energy is such a vast and fascinating subject that you never cease to be amazed and wonder at what it can do. Just by increasing my daily meditation, I can see a big difference in myself: I am more active, more eager to practice, I feel really un . And that's just by increasing my meditation, imagine if I add energy cleansing as well.     Molto utile il consiglio di praticare spesso la pulizia, anche per pochi minuti. Conviene però dedicare molto più tempo, almeno una volta a settimana, per dare spazio alla tecnica per superare i nostri limiti, come descritto nell'ultima testimonianza. Molto utile anche il consiglio di praticare le tecniche nel low, come rinforzo di quelle fatte in casa.

    La pulizia energetica aiuta molto soprattutto chi ha a che fare con situazioni negative. Ci si sente subito più leggeri dopo aver finito questa tecnica

    Pratico tutti i giorni la tecnica della pulizia energetica, di solito inizio con la tecnica di rilassamento, poi taglio dei fili, pulizia energetica, movimento dell'energia e via andando con le altre tecniche. Effettuando la pulizia energetica mi accorgo della leggerezza che crea, una situazione di svuotamento da vari pesi energetici e fisici, un'acquisizione di lucidità mentale,, un vero toccasana energetico!!!

    La pulizia energetica la faccio sempre prima di meditare e anche durante la giornata lontano dalla meditazione. Facendo la pulizia energetica sto notando infatti notevoli miglioramenti nel rilassamento, nella concentrazione e soprattutto non sento dolori alle ginocchia che ogni volta disturbavano la mia meditazione.

    È una pratica che faccio una volta al giorno prima della meditazione....migliora la sessione stessa e la qualità della giornata.....😜😜😜

    Trovo queste lezioni domande-risposte sempre molto utili in quanto permette di togliere qualche dubbio e/o impare sempre cose nuove. Io la tecnica sulla pulizia energetica è quella tecnica di cui abuso maggiormente. Infatti la pratico ogni giorno e più volte al giorno; se sono fuori e non ho molto tempo, respiro molto spesso Prana immaginando di ripulire la mia energia.

    Grazie per questa interessante lezione. L'interesse e l'attenzione nei confronti della mia energia è cambiata in maniera sostanziale da quando frequento ACD. E i risultati si vedono e si sentono! Cercherò di seguire l'importante consiglio di praticare anche nel low, situazione alla quale non avevo mai pensato per evitare continue distrazioni e interruzione nella pratica della tecnica. Altra cosa importante che si evince dal ripasso è di individuare dei periodi nei quali praticare le differenti tecniche al fine di non dimenticarne nemmeno una e per dar modo all'Energia di "fare il suo lavoro" in maniera specifica. Effettivamente è una cosa a cui non avevo pensato. E siccome le tecniche sono parecchie, il fatto di non riuscire a praticarle tutte può comportare di esercitarsi sempre sulle stesse, lasciandone andare altre che sono comunque molto importanti per la nostra evoluzione. Tornerò pertanto a rivedermi tutte le tecniche e cercherò di pianificare la loro pratica e di portarla a compimento in maniera costante. Grazie ancora.

    La pulizia energetica ripulisce la nostra energia e la nostra aura dalle ossessioni, blocchi energetici, pensieri negativi. Praticarla anche sulla casa elimina i programmi energetici che si trovano in casa, nei muri e nei mobili.Ripulisce la mente dai pensieri ed è una buona base preparatoria da eseguire prima della meditazione.La differenza tra pulizia energetica e guarigione energetica sta nel fatto che mentre la prima agisce solo sull' energia, la guarigione energetica ha effetto anche sulla materia apportando la guarigione, grazie Angel delle spiegazioni così approfondite.

    Da quando l’ho scoperta questa è stata sempre una delle mie tecniche preferite, anche perché mi riesce molto bene dall’inizio e mi aiuta a meditare meglio! Inoltre, come ci ricordi nel testo, sono tantissimi i benefici che ci apporta :) Vorrei cominciare anche io a praticare un po’ nel Low, ho provato qualche volta durante il lavoro, però è veramente faticoso e mi distraggo con nulla.     Quando mi viene in mente di praticare nel Low la maggior parte delle volte lo faccio per due secondi e poi torno nella distrazione più totale, ricordandomi magari diversi minuti dopo cosa mi era venuto in mente di fare. Dico ''venuto in mente di fare'' perché pensandoci un attimo ho capito che il problema è l'intento troppo debole e poco chiaro. Mi piacerebbe fare un milione di cose a volte e nell'indecisione mi ritrovo a non farne nessuna... quindi vedo i benefici che mi porterebbe focalizzarmi anche sulla pratica nel Low. Comunque all'inizio l'avevo sottovalutata un po' questa tecnica, ma ora cerco di fare una purificazione tutti i giorni, di solito la mattina. Oggi mi ha fatto cominciare la giornata con più energia e voglia di fare!
